In-Fusio

In-Fusio was a mobile games service provider. Founded in August 1998, it was the first to launch the concept of games for mobile phones. In January 2006 it split its games publishing and distribution divisions. One of the major franchises the company intend to make a game for was the Halo series of Microsoft, but the deal fell through and In-Fusio sued Microsoft for breach of contract, accusing it of not approving any of the mobile firm's designs. In May 2007 the company was acquired by the European mobile games company Zenops. Then in June 2008 In-Fusio was re-branded and new investments were announced, to expand its operations. The company went into administration in 2008 and on 14th August 2009 it was confirmed the company had gone into liquidation. Following that, the company IF Europe was founded based on the assets, continuing the In-Fusio brand.
